Service

Sondex provides an API service that stores and serves relationship context for AI agents. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Subscription

• Sondex costs $29/month, billed monthly via Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime from your account page or Stripe billing portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds for partial months.

Your data

You own your data. Sondex stores it on your behalf to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Acceptable use

Don't use Sondex to:

• Store or process data you don't have rights to
• Abuse the API (excessive requests, scraping, reverse engineering)
• Violate any applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Sondex is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Liability

Sondex's liability is limited to the amount you've paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email on your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
